Welcome To Anthony's Beehive

We are a small, family owned business in east central Kansas offering honey, pollen, beeswax, and related products from our apiary. This growing business centers around our oldest son, Anthony. We often describe Anthony’s Beehive as a “hobby out of control”. To learn more about Anthony, his disability, and how his love of honeybees inspired our business, visit our about us page. Our emphasis is on value added beehive products such as honey straws and beeswax & honey body care products such as lip balms and lotions. We can also custom label most products at no extra charge. Custom labeled products have proven popular for fundraisers, special events, and gifts.

We sell wholesale and retail, but the root of our business is selling at the Downtown Lawrence Farmer's Market. If you're in or near Lawrence, don't forget to attend. The season runs from the second weekend in April through the second weekend in November. The Saturday market at 8th and New Hampshire is from 7 am to 11 am. Tuesdays and Thursdays, the market is at 10th & Vermont from 4 to 6 pm.

We pride ourselves on handcrafting high quality, NATURAL products. Everything we sell is 99% natural, and many products are 100% natural. We continually “tweak” our recipes until our customers tell us that it is just right. Our lotion took nearly 3 years to perfect and our lip balm has evolved over the last 10 years into what we think is the best lip balm available. Finally, we work hard to make certain that our body care products are a great value and we refuse to charge the high prices demanded by some prominent national brands.

A unique product that we especially excited about our "Goldrush" Honey Straw Filling System, which allows you to make your own honey straws and honey sticks at home. We developed this machine in order to be able to provide Local Honey straws at Farmer’s Market. This equipment is great for beekeepers as well as entrepreneurs.
